河北省正定农村心血管病监测区恶性肿瘤死亡率24年变化趋势分析

摘　　要：目的 :了解正定农村监测区 2 4年恶性肿瘤死亡率及变动趋势。方法 :分析 1974～ 1997年正定监测区死亡资料。结果 :本地农村居民的恶性肿瘤死亡率前五位依次为 :胃癌、肺癌、肝癌、食管癌、结直肠癌。 1995～ 1997年与 1974～ 1976年对比 ,中国人口标化率总死亡率下降了 17 65 % ,男性变化不明显 ,女性下降了 2 7 99%。肺癌位次由第四位上升至第二位 ,2 4年间上升了 2 1 18% ,其中男性上升了 5 0 5 8%。结论 :预示着肺癌致病因素正在增加。s Objective:To investigate the change in mortality and its trends of cancer among the rural residents.Methods:The data which were the deaths surveillance of 24 years among Zhengding rural residents of Hebie province.Results:The four top freguent death rates of cancer site ranked as stomach,lung,liver,nasopharyny.During 24 years,the chinese standardized mortality decreased 17 65%.Of the male changing was not ,of female decreased 27 9%.The mortality of lung cancer increased rapidly.Its increased 21.18%,of the male increased 50 58%,of the female decreased 30.90%.Cerveical death decreased 90 09%。Conclusions:The investigates indicate that the risk factors of lung cancer is increasing.
