摘　　要：目的了解临床见习学生的心理健康状况，探讨其解决办法。方法采用分层定额抽样法调查临床见习医学生383名，使用症状自测量表（SCL-90）删评临床见习医学生的心理健康得分，并与全国常摸和大学生常模作比较。结果临床见习医学生的总体心理腱康状况良好，心理问题发生率为966％，略高于全国大学生水平。结论临床见习医学生的心理健康状况值得关注，应采取综合性的干预措施，提高其心理健康水平。Objective Study the mental health of the training medical students and explore the solution to improve it. Methods Investigate 383 training medical students with SCL-90 in stratified sampling method.The result was campared with norm of national population and undergraduate population after being assessed. Results The mental health of the training medical students was good in general.The prevalence rate of psychological puzzles was 9.66% which was slightly higher than the average of national college students. Conclusion The mental health of training medical students deserves attention and comprehensive Intervention measures shuold be taken to improve the level of mental health.
