摘　　要：目的:报告应用化学去细胞同种异体神经移植修复人体副神经医源性缺损4例。方法:应用化学去细胞同种异体神经移植修复副神经医源性缺损患者4例,术后定期随访,行运动功能、神经超声、MRI及肌电图检查评估。结果:4例患者分别随访45、25、21和5个月,神经功能恢复优2例,良2例。结论:化学去细胞同种异体神经移植修复人体副神经医源性缺损疗效好。Objective.. To explore the efficacy of chemically extracted acellular nerve allograft （CEANA） in the treatment of iatrogenic accessory nerve defect. Methods： Four patients with iatrogenic accessory nerve defect were treated with CEANA. The patients were followed up periodically and the trapezius muscle strength, accessory nerve ultrasonography, MRI, ,and EMG were employed to assess the efficacy. Results. The four patients were followed up for 45! 25, 21 and 5 months respectively. The function recovery of accessory nerve was evaluated and the results showed 2 excellent and 2 good in the 4 patients. Conclusion. CEANA is an effective treat- ment to bridge the accessory nerve gap and to cure the iatrogenic accessory nerve defects.
