摘　　要：用手术的方式来矫治屈光不正是一个热门和激烈的问题,人们对屈光手术的长期有效性和安全性都有着不同程度的疑问。近10a来,随着人工晶状体材料的不断改进和手术技术的不断创新,眼内屈光手术在矫正高度近视中取得了飞跃的进步,成为屈光手术中可供选择的手术之一。临床研究表明,眼内屈光手术具有很光明的前景,但长期的有效性和安全性仍需进一步的观察。我们就目前眼内屈光手术在矫治高度近视中不同类型人工晶状体的适应证和并发症做一综述。Treatment of refractive errors by surgery is a hot topic. People do not know whether ocular refractive surgery have long-term safety. Recently, with the improvement of surgical techniques and intraocular lens materials,intraocular refractive surgery for high myopia have made great progress, which has been as an alternative treatment for correcting ametropia. Clinical studies have shown that intraocular refractive surgery have a bright future. Intraocular lens plays a very important role in the treatment of intraocular refractive surgery. This paper reviewed the surgical indications and complications of recent intraocular refractive surgeries. 
