摘 要:目的探讨AM(13-52)对改善ISOP心肌坏死大鼠的平均动脉压和心功能的影响。方法将56只250~300g雄性健康Wistar大鼠分为对照组、ISOP心肌坏死组、ISOP+AM组和ISOP+AM+L-NNA组,分别观察心功能指标、平均动脉压的动态变化。结果与ISOP组比较,ISOP+AM组MABP、LVPSP、+LVdp/dtmax和-LVdp/dtmax分别增加17.66%(P<0.05)、24.49%(P<0.05)、92.46%(P<0.01)和66.75%(P<0.01);与ISOP+AM组比较,ISOP+AM+L-NNA组可以明显逆转ISOP+AM组的上述效应(MABP和LVPSP,P<0.05;其他指标均P<0.01)。结论 AM对ISOP坏死心肌大鼠的心功能改善和MABP的稳定有重要作用,与NO活性有一定的相关性。Objective To observe the role of AM (13 -52) in improving heart function and mean arterial blood pressure in rats with myocardial necrosis caused by ISOP. Methods 56 male Wistar rats with weight of 250 -300g were derided into four groups: control, ISOP myocardial necrosis, ISOP + AM and ISOP + AM + L - NNA. Their dynamic variation in cardiac function index, and mean arterial blood pressure were observed respectively. Results As compared with control group, MABP, LVPSP, 4- LVdp/dtmaxand - LVdp/dtmax increased by 17.66% (P〈0.05), 24.49% (P〈0.05), 92.46% (P 〈0.01) and 66.75% (P〈0.01) respectively in ISOP + AM group. As compared with ISOP + AM group, the above mentioned effects may be obviously reversed in ISOP + AM + L - NNA group( MABP and LVPSP,P 〈 0.05 ; other idexes,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion AM plays an important role in improving cardiac function in rats with myocardial necrosis caused by ISOP and in steadying MABP, which has certain correlation with NO activity.
