摘　　要：目的：通过对骨科护士规范化培训项目的探讨，培养合格的骨科专科护士，提高骨科整体护理水平。方法：对2005～2009年骨科在职护士实施系统化、规范化的培训。包括制定规范化培训的目标，实施规范化培训的内容及教学和考核的内容。结果：实施规范化培训后，骨科护士的专科理论知识和技术操作水平逐年提高。结论：通过骨科护士临床护理规范化培训，对骨科护士的业务水平和综合能力起到了积极的作用，从而提高骨科护理质量，促进专科护理人才的培养。Objective To cultivante valid professional orthopedic nurses, and raise global nursing level of orthopedics through discussion of normalized training program on orthopedic nurses. Methods The systematized and normalized training were carried out in in-service orthopedic nurses during 2005 to 2009, including making target of normalized training, practising content of normalized training, teaching and examination. Results The professional knowledge and technic level of orthopedic nurses raise year by year after practising normalized training. Conclusion Through normalized training of clinical nursing on orthopedic nurses, there have positive effect on professional level and mixed ability of orthopedic nurses, result in raising orthopedic nursing quality and promoting training of professional orthopedic nurses of ability.
