摘 要:目的探讨高湿热环境下迷走神经在大鼠应激性溃疡发病机制中的作用。方法将SD大鼠随机分为4组:空白对照组、高湿热应激组(应激组)、迷走神经切断术后+应激组(迷走组)、假手术后+应激组(假手术组),每组8只。应用放免分析法和生化法测定各组大鼠血清胃泌素(Gastrins,Gas)、血浆前列腺素E2(Prostaglandin E2,PGE2)、一氧化氮(Nitric oxide,NO)含量并计算胃酸分泌及溃疡指数(UI)。结果高湿热应激后大鼠出现应激性溃疡,溃疡指数较空白对照组明显增加(P<0.01);且胃内胃液酸度明显上升(P<0.01),血清Gas含量明显上升(P<0.01),血浆PGE2和NO含量明显下降(P<0.01)。而迷走组溃疡指数较应激组明显降低(P<0.01);胃内胃液酸度明显降低(P<0.01),血清Gas含量明显降低(P<0.01),血浆PGE2和NO含量增加(P<0.05)。假手术组与应激组比较,各项指标差异无统计学意义。结论高湿热环境可造成大鼠应激性溃疡,其机制与促进胃酸分泌及减少PGE2和NO的分泌有关;切断迷走神经可减轻高湿热应激致胃黏膜的损伤。Objective To study the effects of the vagus nerve on the mechanism of stress ulcer model rats induced by high humid heat environment. Methods Thirty-two male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group ( Control) ,high humid heat stress ulcer group ( Stress) ,subdiaphragamatic vagotomy plus stress group ( Vagotomy) and sham operation plus stress group ( Sham) ,each group had eight rats. Radioactive-immunon-assay method was used to measure the serum level of Gas and the plasma level of PGE2,biochemical method was used to measure the plasma level of NO. The rat’s gastric acidity was measured. The extent of gastric mucosal damage was evaluated by ulcer index ( UI) . Results When administration of high humid heat stress,the UI greatly increased; at the same time,the levels of rat’s gastric acidity and serum Gas increased,the levels of PGE2 and NO decreased compared with control group ( P 0. 01) . When pretreatment with subdiaphragamatic vagotomy,the stress rat’s UI decreased; accordingly,the levels of gastric acidity and Gas obviously decreased ( P 0. 01) ,the levels of PGE2 and NO increased ( P 0. 05) compared with stress group. There was no obvious difference of UI,the levels of gastric acidity,Gas,PGE2 and NO between the sham group and stress group. Conclusion It is concluded that stress ulcer can be induced by high humid heat environment. Its mechanism may be connected with hyperfunction on rat’s gastric acid secretion and dysfunction on the plasma levels of PGE2 and NO. Subdiaphragamatic vagotomy can release the gastric mucosal damage induced by high humid heat stimulation.
