未免疫猪乙型脑炎抗体消长规律动态研究

摘　　要：文章旨在了解未免疫猪群乙型脑炎病毒的感染以及抗体消长规律,2008年6月～10月期间选定甘肃省某猪场40头未进行乙型脑炎免疫的猪,分别采集脐带血、15、30、45、60、75、90、120、150日龄血清,采用间接Elisa检测乙型脑炎抗体含量并绘制曲线.结果有效数据32份,抗体总阳性率为96.88%,抗体平均OD值曲线,出现3个波峰和2个波谷.通过分析,3个波峰分别来源于母乳、第一次感染和第二次感染,母源抗体维持时间较短,感染病毒后抗体强度和维持时间逐渐加强.因此在今后应该重视乙型脑炎病毒感染的严重性,加强管理和免疫,不但保护猪群,并且对公共卫生体系的建立也有重要的意义.To research the infection of JEV among the non-immunized pigs and the fluctuation discipline of antibody.And Select forty non-immunized pigs with JEV in a farrow-to-finish farm from Gansu province during June to October,2008.To collect cord blood and serum from piglets on 15,30,45,60,75,90,120,150 days of age.Detected JEV antibodies content by indirect ELISA and drew curves.The results was 32 effective data,The positive rate of all samples was 96.88%,there were 3 crests and 2 troughs in curve of average OD of antibodies.The 3 crests were from breast,first infection and secondary infection separately.Breast antibodies couldn＇t last long,intensity of antibodies and maintenance time could increase after infection.Thus resulting in the further we should pay attention to the importance of JEV infection,reinforce management and immune,Protecting pigs and building public-health-system both have important Significance.
