摘  要:为了有效辅助损管决策,研究了舰船负初稳性高状态下不对称进水时抗沉方案的生成。基于破损后的实时载况计算浮态和稳性;自由液面对静稳性曲线的修正采用规范法,提出了储备浮力的计算方法并据此生成抗沉方案。通过实例计算,证实了高层舱室存在渗漏水而产生大面积的自由液面是初稳性高为负的主要原因,不对称进水时应先恢复稳性再扶正舰船。针对初稳性高损失严重且储备浮力允许的情况,应考虑以储备浮力换取稳性的措施。In this paper a counter-flooding scheme of unsymmetrical flooding in the state of negative initial stability height is researched for damage management and decision making in shipboard flooding emergency. On the basis of real-time loading condition of a damaged warship, floating condition and stability is calculated, as well as the specification method is adopted to evaluate the effect of the free surface on curves of static stability, and the calculating method of reserve buoyancy is presented to provide a basis for counter-flooding scheme generation. Computational results indicate that the free surface at cabin within the superstructure is the main reason causing negative initial stability height. The scheme, that is, to restore the stability firstly and then to balance the warship, is suggested in the state of unsymmetrical flooding. When the initial stability is seriously lost but reserve buoyancy is permitted, the measure should be an exchange of reserve buoyancy for stability.
