Ezrin蛋白及其磷酸化水平在皮肤鳞癌、基底细胞癌、脂溢性角化中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Ezrin蛋白及磷酸化Ezrin(phos-Ezrin)在SK、BCC、SCC中的表达及其与临床病理参数之间的相关性。方法采用免疫组化法检测36例SCC、27例BCC和20例SK、10例正常人皮肤(normal skin,NS)中Ezrin、phos-Ezrin蛋白表达水平。结果①Ezrin、phos-Ezrin蛋白在NS、SK、BCC、SCC中的阳性表达率分别为20.0%,10.0%;25.0%,15.0%;66.7%,77.7%和91.3%,97.2%,各组之间比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。②Ezrin、phos-Ezrin蛋白表达水平与皮肤肿瘤的类型、恶性程度(SCC的病理分级)及淋巴结转移密切相关(R1,r1=0.87,0.89;R2,r2=0.80,0.86;R3,r3=0.89,0.91,P<0.01)。结论Ezrin、phos-Ezrin阳性表达水平在SK、BCC、SCC组织中与皮肤肿瘤的类型、恶性程度(病理分级)和淋巴结转移有关,两者呈平行表达关系,联合检测可能成为预测皮肤恶性肿瘤转移及预后的重要指标。【Objective】To approach the expression of Ezrin and phosphorylated-Ezrin（phos-Ezrin） in seborrheic keratosis（SK）,basal cell carcinoma（BCC） and squamous cell carcinoma（SCC）,and the relationship between them and the clinical pathological parameters.【Methods】Immunohistochemistry array was used to detect the expression of Ezrin,phos-Ezrin in 36 cases of SCC,27 cases of BCC and 20 cases of SK and 10 cases of normal skin.【Results】①The positive ratios of Ezrin,phos-Ezrin in NS,SK,BCC,SCC were 20.0 %,10.0 %;25.0 %,15.0 %;66.7 %,77.7 %;and 91.3 %,97.2 %,respectively.There was significant difference between each group（P0.05）.②The expressions of Ezrin,phos-Ezrin were closely correlated to the type of skin tumors,malignant degree（pathological grading of SCC） and lymphatic metastasis（R 1=0.87,r 1= 0.89;R 2=0.80,r 2= 0.86;R 3=0.89,r 3=0.91;P 0.05）.【Conclusion】The expressions of Ezrin,phos-Ezrin in SK,BCC,SCC of skin tissue are closely related to the type of tumor,malignant degree and lymphatic metastasis,both are parallel to each other.The expressions of Ezrin and phos-Ezrin by combined-detection would become the important markers of predicting metastasis and prognosis of skin malignant tumors.
