摘　　要：目的探讨热休克蛋白70(heat shock proteins 70,HSP70)在人胃粘膜组织中的表达。方法采用免疫组化SABC方法检测HSP70在浅表性炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)、胃窦腺癌组织中的表达。结果HSP70在浅表性炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎伴高级别上皮内瘤变(CAG和H-IN)、胃癌组织中的阳性率分别为27%、49%、67%,过表达率分别为3%、37%、58%,细胞核内阳性过表达率分别为0%、14%、55%。结论HSP70在胃癌、CAG和H-IN中过度表达,可能在其致病过程中起着重要的作用,进一步研究其分子机制将为胃癌的防治提供理论依据。【Objective】To determine the expression of heat shock protein 70（HSP70）in gastric mucosa.【Methods】Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to examine the expression of HSP70 in gastric carcinoma,and superficial and atrophic gastritis mucosa.【Results】HSP70 was detected in 27 % of gastric epithelia,49 % of dysplasia,67% of gastric carcinoma.Over-expression of HSP 70 was found in 3% of normal gastric epithelia,37% of dysplasia,58% of gastric carcinoma;nuclear over-expression of HSP 70 was not seen in normal gastric epithelia,but seen in 14% of dysplasia and 55% of gastric carcinoma.【Conclusion】The selective over-expression of HSP 70 in gastric carcinoma suggests that HSP70 might play a specific role in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer.To clarify the mechanism of HSPs action could help to provide theoretical basis for the biological therapy for gastric carcinoma.
