摘 要:目的通过测量早期釉质龋再矿化后的形貌和力学性能变化,了解再矿化对早期釉质龋表层力学性能的影响。方法实验前对样品进行力学性能检测。采用早期釉质龋模型形成人工早期釉质龋,选用氟化钠作为处理剂进行再矿化。再矿化后通过扫描电镜观察脆断面的晶体变化,通过偏光显微镜了解其矿化后的形貌学特点。采用纳米压痕法测量其矿化前后的力学性能变化,了解表层的矿化情况。结果氟化钠处理后,在表层釉质中出现了新晶体的沉积,新沉积晶体的排列与原来的晶体方向有一定的偏差。再矿化前后其纳米硬度值和弹性模量的变化均差异有显著性(P<0.05);纳米硬度提高了42.3%,弹性模量增加了37.5%。结论再矿化后早期釉质龋表层的纳米硬度的弹性模量均有所增加,新晶体在其表层沉积。【Objective】To evaluate the effects of remineralization treatment of human early carious enamel in superficial area via nano-indentation test.【Methods】The nano-hardness values of the specimens were tested by CSEM nano-indentation tester system.After remineralization,the characteristics of the morphology were observed with polarized light microscope and scanning electron microscope.The changes in the mechanical properties were measured again by nano-indentation tester.【Results】The results showed that the hardness and density of carious enamel increased obviously after the treatment of sodium fluoride.New crystal deposited in the superficial area of the early carious enamel,the orientation of new crystal was different from original crystal orientation.nano-hardness and elastic modulus values of the changes were statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).The nano-hardness increased by 42.3% and elastic modulus increased by 37.5% after remineralization.【Conclusion】The nano-hardness and the elastic modulus in the superficial area of the early carious enamel increased after the remineralization.New crystal deposited in the superficial area.
