摘 要:目的研究ACEI/D基因多态性在延边地区汉族与朝鲜族群体中的分布特征及与2型糖尿病颈动脉IMT之间的相关性。方法正常对照组(汉族、朝鲜族);2型糖尿病组:①汉族2型糖尿病颈动脉硬化阳性组及阴性组;②朝鲜族2型糖尿病颈动脉硬化阳性组及阴性组。采用PCR-RFLP方法。结果①汉族ACEI/D多态性分布特征为Ⅱ36.9%、ID34.0%、DD29.1%;朝鲜族分布特征为Ⅱ31.5%、ID39.1%、DD29.3%。②ACE基因多态性在汉族与朝鲜族2型糖尿病及其动脉硬化阳性组与阴性组间差异无显著性。结论ACEI/D基因多态性在延边地区汉族和朝鲜族群体中的分布无种族差异;且与延边地区汉族和朝鲜族2型糖尿病患者的颈动脉硬化无相关性。【Objective】To study the distribution of ACE I/D gene polymorphism in Han and Korean population in Yanbian district of China and the correlation between ACE I/D gene polymorphism and carotid IMT in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Yanbian district.【Methods】Normal control group(Han and Korean nationality);T2DM group:T2DM patients with and without carotid atherosclerosis in Han nationality;T2DM patients with and without carotid atherosclerosis in Korean nationality.Assess the NAD(P) H oxidase P22phox C242T polymorphism by PCR-RFLP analysis.【Results】The ACE I/D genotype of Han population of Yanbian area were Ⅱ(36.9%),ID(34.0%),DD(29.1%);the ACE I/D genotype of Korean population of Yanbian area were Ⅱ(31.5%),ID(39.1%),DD(29.3%).There is no significant difference in the ACE I/D gene polymorphism between Han and Korean nationality in T2DM patients whether with or without carotid atherosclerosis.【Conclusion】There is no racial difference on ACE I/D gene polymorphism between Han and Korean population in Yanbian district.And ACE I/D gene polymorphism have no correlation with carotid atherosclerosis in both Han and Korean T2DM patients in Yanbian district.
