摘　　要：目的探讨Batroxobin对大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法48只Wistar大鼠随机分成3组:A:假手术组(SO组);B:缺血再灌注组(IR组);C:Batroxobin组(BAT组)。建立肝脏缺血再灌注损伤模型。A组行剖腹假手术;B组和C组于再灌注60min、90min时分别随机取8只检测血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和白细胞介素6(IL-6),同时取肝组织制成匀浆检测金属硫蛋白(MT),假手术组于相应时点取样检测相同指标。分析比较各组计量资料。结果BAT组动物在再灌注60min和90min时ALT、AST、LDH和IL-6水平均低于IR组(P<0.01),而MT水平均高于IR组(P<0.01)。结论BAT可能通过促进内源性MT的产生、降低血清IL-6水平,从而对肝脏缺血再灌注损伤起到保护作用。【Objective】To investigate the protective effects of Batroxobin on liver ischemia reperfusion injury in rat model and explore its possible mechanism.【Methods】Forty-eight healthy male Wistar rats were randomized into there groups [group A： sham-operation （SO） group; Group B： ischemia reperfusion （IR） group; group C： Batroxobin （Bat） group]. The rats in group A received only sham operation and those in group B underwent single hepatic ischemia and reperfusion; Batroxobin （8 Bu/kg） was injected into rats in group C 1 hour before ischemia. The serum levels of alanine aminotransferase （ALT）, aspartatic aminotransferase （AST）, lactae dehydrogenase （LDH）, Interleukin 6 （IL-6） and metallothionein （MT） level in hepatic tissues were determined at 60 min, 90 min after liver reperfusion in groups B～C, the same index were determine in group A at the same time. Then, compared the index.【Results】 At 60 min, 90 min after liver reperfusion, the serum levels of ALT, AST, LDH and IL-6 were significantly lower in group C than in group B （P 0.01）, but MT level in hepatic tissues is markedly higher in group C than in group B （P 0.01）.【Conclusions】Batroxobin can protect the rats liver from ischemia-reperfusion injury effectively, the mechanism might be related to increase in liver tissues levels of MT and decrease in serum levels of IL-6.
