摘 要:研究了复合纤维素酶对马尾松木片预处理的影响,探讨了预处理酶用量、pH值、温度和时间对TMP磨浆能耗和浆料强度、白度等的影响。结果表明:在酶用量为75IU/g(绝干木片)、温度为50℃、PH值5.5时预处理马尾松木片150min,相对未经预处理的样品,可有效降低TMP磨浆能耗,同时强度提高明显,浆料可漂性增加,白度上升,对松厚度影响不大。The effect of complex cellulase on Masson’s pine pretreatment was investigated. The influences of factors such as enzyme pretreatment temperature, pH, enzyme dosage and enzyme pretreating time on the pulp strength, brightness, opacity and bulkiness were analyzed. The result show that compared to the untreated samples, the refining energy of TMP pretreated by complex cellulase is reduced, and the pulp strength, pulp bleachability and brightness increase to some certain level, furthermore the bulkiness is not affected with an optimum pretreatment conditions of complex cellulase dosage 75 IU/g, reaction time 150min, temperature 50℃ and pH 5.5.
