摘　　要：在丰富多彩的大学校园文化中,校园英语文化是不可或缺的一个方面。创建一种健康向上、富有生机活力的校园英语文化,构建一个激发英语学习兴趣、锻炼英语表达和应用能力的平台,对全面提升当代大学生的素质、培养创新型人才具有重要的现实意义。College English culture is an essential part in the colorful college cultures.It is very important and practical to create a kind of English culture on campus which is healthy,uplifting,full of vigor,and to build a platform in this cultural atmosphere on which students can study and practice English,esp.to enhance their own ability of expressing and applying English,thus to stimulate their interest in English learning.This platform,which is called the invisible English teaching system,has practical significance in uplifting the comprehensive quality of contemporary students and cultivating the innovative talents in social career needed by the current century.
