摘  要:组织公民行为是管理心理学和组织行为学的研究热点之一。员工情绪智力是否影响组织公民行为,以及产生了什么样的影响已成为理论界和企业界关注的焦点。文章采用情绪智力量表、组织公民行为量表对240名企业员工进行测试,发现员工情绪智力对组织公民行为及各层次、各维度均有显著的积极影响作用,因此,企业应充分考虑将情绪智力要素纳入员工的招聘、选拔、培训和开发过程中,以此提高员工情绪智力,促使员工最大限度的展现组织公民行为。The study on organizational citizenship behavior is one of the hot issues in the field of management psychology and organizational behavior.whether employee' s emotional intelligence has influence on organizational citizenship behavior and what impact it would be come into being,both of them has been paid more and more attention.In this paper,EQ,OCB questionnaire were used to examine 300 employees,We got the result that employee' s emotional intelligence has a significant positive impact on all organizational citizenship behavior and its levers and dimensions.In order to raise the employee' s emotional intelligence,prompting staff to maximize display of organizational citizenship behavior,Enterprises should take full account of the elements of emotional intelligence included in the process of staff recruitment,selection,training and development.
