摘　　要：目的:对葡萄柚精油的化学成分进行分析。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)进行葡萄柚精油的分离鉴定。结果:鉴别出葡萄柚精油的9种化学成分,占总精油含量的95.18%。结论:检测确定了葡萄柚精油中的9种化学成分,其中D-柠檬烯(D-limonene)的含量最高,达到90.59%。Objective：To analyses the chemical composition of essential oil from grapefruit.Methods：The components of essential oil were analyzed and identified by GC - MS method.Results：Nine components were identified in grapefruit essential oil,and they were accounted for 95.18%of the total content of grapefruit essential oiL Conclusion：Nine components of essential oil from grapefruit have been identified,the highest content of them was D - limonene,and the content led to 90.59%.
