摘　　要：从新建本科院校人才培养体系出发,以化工类专业为试点,探索和构建新建本科院校化工类应用型人才综合实验技能的培养体系.从课程组的建立、化工设备机械基础课程的强化建设、专业实验技能考核环节的创建及毕业论文(设计)质量保障与评价体系的完善等方面进行改革和探索.The system for cultivating applicable talents with comprehensive experiment skills in newly-built universities was explored and constructed.The work was carried emphatically out on such aspects as founding courses groups,strengthening chemical equipment and machinery course built,checking carefully specialized experiment skills as well as perfecting a graduation thesis or a graduation project quality assurance and evaluation system.All those based on the systems of cultivating applicable talents and based on an experimental unit which includes such chemical specialities as chemical engineering and technology,environment science and engineering,biological engineering as well as polymer materials and engineering in jiaxing university.
