摘　　要：目的探讨胶质母细胞瘤组织胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-2(IGFBP-2)表达和肿瘤侵袭性对患者血浆IGFBP-2表达水平的影响。方法应用ELISA法检测43例胶质母细胞瘤患者血浆IGFBP-2表达水平;应用免疫组化技术检测上述患者肿瘤组织IGFBP-2和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)表达情况;IGFBP-2以肿瘤细胞阳性与否分为两个水平("1"和"2"),MMP-9以肿瘤细胞阳性率"≤60%"和">60%"分为两个水平("1"和"2"),对患者血浆IGFBP-2表达水平进行2×2析因分析。结果胶质母细胞瘤患者肿瘤组织IGFBP-2、MMP-9表达(P=0.003、P=0.014)及二者的交互效应(P=0.049)均能影响患者血浆IGFBP-2水平。结论胶质母细胞瘤患者血浆IGFBP-2水平受肿瘤组织IGFBP-2表达、肿瘤侵袭性及其交互效应的影响。Objective To investigate the effect of tumor IGFBP-2 expression and invasion on the expression of plasma IGFBP-2 in glioblastoma.Methods Plasma IGFBP-2 expression was tested by ELISA in 43 patients with glioblastoma.For the same patients tumor IGFBP-2 and MMP-9 expressions were detected by immunohistochemical technique.According to whether or not the staining was positive,IGFBP-2 expression was divided into two levels（＂ 1＂ and ＂ 2＂）.According to whether or not the positive rate was above 60%,MMP-9 expression was also divided into two levels（＂ 1＂ and ＂ 2＂）.Plasma IGFBP-2 expression was analyzed by 2 × 2 factorial analysis.Results Plasma IGFBP-2 expression in glioblastoma was influenced by tumor IGFBP-2 and MMP-9 expressions（P = 0.003、P = 0.014,respectively）,and also by the interaction between IGFBP-2 and MMP-9 expressions（P = 0.049）.Conclusion Tumor IGFBP-2 expression,invasion and the interaction between IGFBP-2 expression and invasion could be the influential factors of plasma IGFBP-2 expression in glioblastoma.
