高校基层工会“网络小家”的构建

摘　　要："小家"建设是推动工会各项工作落实到基层的重要手段,"网络小家"建设是基层工会结合高校、部门特点,提供一个党、政、工、群众互动交流的平台,充分发挥基层工会的桥梁和枢纽作用的网络化管理和服务。针对基层工会"小家"建设存在的问题,分析了构建基层工会"网络小家"建设的意义和特点,提出构建基层工会"网络小家"建设实施的办法。To building＂Staff＇s Home＂is an important way to promote the work of grass-roots trade unions.＂Small Home Online＂is an interactive and communication platform between the Party,the management,the trade unions and the staff masses.It can give full play to grass-roots trade unions＇role of a bridge through the network.In this paper,the author aims at the problems in the construction of grass-roots trade unions,and analyzes the meaning and characteristics of＂small home online＂,proposes the approaches of building＂small home online＂.
