摘　　要：本文以OBO组织制定的规范为对象,开发了一个基于语义网技术的OBO本体解析器——OBOParser。该工具实现了OBO格式与RDF/OWL格式间的平滑转换,可以为生命科学不同研究领域的工作人员提供跨学科的语义查询和推理服务。The OBO Foundry establishing a set of principles for ontology development with the goal of creating a suite of orthogonal interoperable reference ontologies in the biomedical domain.In this article,an Semantic Web tool,OBOParser,is developed to achieve the smooth translate between OBO and RDF / OWL format.It can provide semantic query and inference among the different life science research staff.
