摘  要:目的探讨5年制大专生职业成熟度的发展特点。方法采用《职业成熟度问卷》对350名5年制大专生和370名普招生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果 5年制大专生的职业成熟度总分在性别、专业学习成绩、是否担任班干部上的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);5年制大专生职业成熟度总分在父亲文化程度上的差异有统计学意义(F=2.109,P<0.05);5年制大专生与普招生的职业成熟度总分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 5年制大专生职业成熟度受父亲文化程度的影响;5年制大专生的职业成熟度低于普招生。Objective To investigate the characteristics of career maturity of five-year junior college students.Method Career Maturity Scale was administered to 350 five-year junior college students and 370 three-year junior college students.The findings were statistically analyzed.Results Students with different characteristics,such as sex,level of specialized subject,whether serving in students' union,didn't have different degrees of career maturity which was statistically insignificant(P0.05).There were significant differences on the career maturity of five-year junior college students with different educational levels of father(F=2.109,P0.05).There were significant differences on the career maturity between five-year junior college students and three-year junior college students(P0.05).Conclusions Educational level of father affects the career maturity of five-year junior college students.Career maturity of five-year junior college students is lower compared with three-year junior college students.
