摘　　要：目的了解经由窦道进行根尖刮治术的疗效。方法对经过根管治疗后出现窦道的68例患牙采用了通过窦道直接进行根尖刮治术的疗法,并进行了临床随访和疗效观察。结果治疗成功61例,占89.7%;7例失败,均为磨牙。结论此术式操作简单,复发率低,对保留患牙是一种良好的措施,适合基层牙科诊所。Understanding curative effects of periapical curettage through antrum canals.Method 68 affectedteeth appearing antrum canal after treatment of pulp canal have been cured directively by periapical curettage of sinus cannal,and they are interviewed and observed.Results 61 cases are cured successfully,the percentage is 89.7%.7 are losing and all are grinding teeth.Conclusion Periapical curettage through antrum canals is operated simply,with the low recurence rate,and it is a good method to preserve affected teeth and adaption for basic dental surgery ambulatorium.
