聚乙二醇联合心理干预治疗功能性便秘疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价聚乙二醇4000联合心理干预治疗功能性便秘的疗效.方法 60例功能性便秘患者被随机分为两组,治疗组给予聚乙二醇4000治疗,每日2次,每次1袋.连续服药4周,同时对患者进行心理干预;对照组仅口服聚乙二醇4000每日2次,每次1袋,连续服药4周.分别在治疗前、治疗后观察各项指标.结果治疗4周后,治疗组和对照组对比总有效率差异无显著性,但显效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05).结论聚乙二醇4000联合心理干预对功能性便秘病人具有满意的疗效.Objective To evaluate the efficacy of PEG4000 combined with Psychological intervention for the treatment of func-tional constipations.Methods 60 patients with functional constipation were included and allocated to therapeutic group（n=30）or the control group（n=30）.All patients received PEG4000 10mg,twice a day;Therapeutic group also received Psychological intervention.Therapeutic outcomes and side-effects were evaluated at fellow-up of 4 weeks respectively.Results Although there were no significant difference in total effective rate,there were significant difference in the excellent rate between two groups at fellow-up of 4 weeks af-ter treatment respectively.Conclusion Use of PEG4000 combined with Psychological intervention treating functional constipations is effective.
