小儿白血病染色体制备及临床意义初探

摘　　要：The relationship between the change of chromosome and theraputic response or prognosis in podiatric leukemia was investigated in our study. Conditions in chromosome preparation of leukemic cell were also studied. In our study, 12 patients were observed with theirclinic characters. chemotherapy protocal. the response to chemotherapy and the changes ofcell chromosome. The result of our study suggested that the development of podiatricleukemia was closely related to the changes of chromosome.
