定量分析甲状腺癌p^(16)基因的表达

摘　　要：应用流式细胞术和细胞免疫荧光染色技术，对甲状腺腺瘤和甲状腺癌细胞ｐ１６基因蛋白表达进行定量研究。结果表明，甲状腺癌ｐ１６蛋白表达量明显低于甲状腺腺瘤（Ｐ＜００１）；ｐ１６蛋白表达随甲状腺恶性程度的增高而下降（Ｐ＜００５）。提示ｐ１６基因失活与甲状腺癌发生有关，ｐ１６蛋白表达缺失与肿瘤分化不良有关，可作为临床判断肿瘤分化程度和预后的参考指标之一。The expressed protein of p 16 gene in 45 cases with carcinoma of thyroid was quantitatively determined by using flow cytometry and immunofluorescence staining technique.The results showed that the p 16 protein level was lower in the carcinoma of thyroid than that in the thyroid adenoma ( P <0 01). The p 16 protein expression was decreased with progression of malignant grade ( P <0 05).The resurls suggest that inactivation of p 16 gene is correponded to the occurrence of carcinoma of thyroid.The level of p 16 protein is correlated with the malignant differentiated behavior of carcinoma of thyroid.Therefore,the p 16 protein may be used as a prognostic marker for the carcinoma of thyroid.
