摘  要:[目的]对甘松挥发油化学成分进行分析。[方法]采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取甘松中的挥发油,通过GC-MS对其化学成分进行分析。[结果]从甘松挥发油中鉴定出56种化合物,占挥发油总组分的73.5%。其中白菖烯含量最多,其次是9-Arstolen-1,2-ol和γ-古芸烯等。[结论]该研究可为全面开发和综合利用甘松这一植物资源提供科学指导。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Nardostachys chinensis Batal. [ Method ] The volatile oil from Nardostachys chinensis Batal. was extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction( SED), then separated and analyzed by GCMS. [ Result] 56 compounds were separated from Nardostachys chinensis Batal. , which accounted for 73.5% of all the volatile oil. Of all the indentified components, ealarene was the most, followed by 9-Arstolen-1,2-ol and γ-gurjunene and so on. [ Conclusion ] The study provided scientific guidance for the overall development and comprehensive utilization of Nardostachys chinensis Batal..
