摘 要:采用人工气候箱培养的方法,研究了镉(Cd)、乙草胺(AC)和苄嘧磺隆(BSM)对水稻种子萌发的影响。结果表明,Cd、AC、BSM单一和复合污染均可降低水稻种子的发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数。BSM对萌发率的影响大于AC,而AC对发芽指数的影响大于BSM;污染物对种子萌发时间的影响不明显,而对芽长和根长的影响显著。Cd、AC和BSM均可降低种子淀粉酶的活性,其中AC对α+β淀粉酶活性的影响大于BSM。随着Cd、AC和BSM处理浓度的升高,水稻种子贮藏物质的消耗率逐渐升高,转运率逐渐降低。The climatic cabinate was used for culture to study the influence of cadmium (Cd), acetochlor (AC) and bensulfuron methyl ( BSM ) on the germination of rice seeds. The results indicated that individual and compound pollutions of Cd, AC and BSM all could reduce the germination rate, germination index and vitality index of rice seeds. The influence of BSM ~)n germination rate was greater than that of AC,but the influence of AC on germination index was greater than that of BSM; the pollutants had no significant influence on the germination time of seeds,but had significant influence on sprout and root length. Cd,AC and BSM all could reduce the amylase activity of seeds,and among them the influence of AC on α + β amylase activity was greater than that of BSM. As the eonen, of Cd, AC and BSM were increased, the consumed rate of reserve substance in rice seeds was increased gradually and its transporting rate was reduced gradually.
