摘 要:[目的]研究不同pH值对翘嘴红鲌消化器官蛋白酶活性的影响。[方法]以翘嘴红鲌为试验材料,设定不同的pH值梯度,研究其对各消化器官蛋白酶比活力的影响。[结果]翘嘴红鲌各消化器官蛋白酶活性强弱的顺序为后场>前肠>中肠>胃>肝脏,其最适的pH值分别为7.5、7.5、7.0、5.5、7.0,且胃和肠道蛋白酶的活性显著大于肝脏蛋白酶活性。[结论]该研究结果为翘嘴红鲌消化生理的研究和配合饲料的研制提供了依据。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the effect of different pH values on activity of digestive organ protease of Erythroctiler ilishaeformis Bleeker. [ Method ] Taking Erythroctiler ilishaeformis as tested material, and setting different pH value gradients, the effect of pH values on specific activity of digestive organ protease of Erythroctiler ilishaeformis was researched. [ Result ] The order of the activity of protease in digestive organ of Erythroctiler ilishaeformis was hingut 〉 firegut 〉 midgut 〉 stomach 〉 liver, and the optimal pH value for protease was 7.5,7.5, 7.0, 5, 5, 7.0. The activity of protease in stomach and gut were significantly higher than liver. [ Conclusion] The results provide basis for studying the digestive physiology and development of formula feed.
