摘 要:[目的]研究不同方法提取的姜黄油的成分。[方法]采用3种提取方法,分别是水蒸气蒸馏、超临界CO2萃取和分子蒸馏,并采用GC-MS对获得的3种姜黄油进行成分分析。[结果]3种提取方法获得的姜黄油的成分及相对含量基本一致,其主成分含量为:姜黄酮(含芳香-姜黄酮)>α-姜烯>姜黄新酮、β-倍半水芹烯;分子蒸馏前轻组分与前面3种姜黄油的组分差异很大,分子蒸馏前轻组分主要含α-姜烯、异松油烯、β-石竹烯和β-倍半水芹烯等较早出峰的组分,在保留时间为25.28 m in以后的组分未被检出。[结论]该研究可以姜黄油的工业化生产及广泛应用提供科学指导。[Objective] The aim was to study the components of turmeric oil extracted by different methods.[Method] Three methods,including steam distillation,supercritical CO2 extraction and molecular distillation,were adopted to extract turmeric oil,whose components were analyzed then by GC-MS.[Result]The components of turmeric oil extracted by three methods were basically in accordance with their relative contents,the content of their principal contents showed as follows: Turmerone & Arturmerone〉α-Zingiberene〉Curlone〉β-Sesquiphellandrene;the components of light component before molecular distillation differed greatly from that of the turmeric oil extracted by three methods,the principal components of light component before molecular distillation were α-Zingiberene,Terpinolene,β-Caryophyllene,β-Sesquiphellandrene and so on,which showed earlier peaks.The components were not detected after 25.28 min of retention time.[Conclusion]The research could provide scientific guidance for the industrial production and broad utilization of turmeric oil.
