山药总多酚的提取工艺优化

摘　　要：[目的]建立山药(Dioscorea opposita Thunb.)总多酚的提取工艺。[方法]以山药总多酚含量为考察指标,在单因素试验的基础上,经正交试验对山药总多酚的提取工艺条件进行优化。[结果]山药中总多酚提取的最佳试验条件:提取溶剂为50%丙酮水溶液,料液比为1∶15(W/V),提取时间为80 min,提取温度为55℃,提取次数为2次。[结论]该研究可为山药多酚的深入研究与开发提供理论参考。[Objective]The aim was to establish the extraction technology of polyphenols from Dioscorea opposita Thunb.[Method]With the content of polyphenols in Dioscorea opposite Thunb.as investigation index,on the basis of single factor test,the extraction technology condition of total polyphenols from Dioscorea opposita Thunb.was optimized by orthogonal test.[Result] The optimum extraction conditions were 50% acetone aquatic solution as extractant,1∶15 of the solid-liquid ratio,80 minute of extraction time,55 ℃of extraction temperature and 2 times of extraction.[Conclusion]This study offered references for the further research and development of polyphenols in Dioscorea opposita Thunb.
