摘　　要：本文提出了高校电子阅览室读者满意度评价指标体系,利用AHP方法确定各评价指标的权重,建立了一种基于层次分析法的满意度模糊综合评价模型。算例结果表明,该模型具有一定可操作性和实用性。An index system on Readers＇Satisfaction Degree in E-reading Room of University Library evaluation is presented,and a new fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed by adopting analysis hierarchy process to ascertain right weight.The results of an example indicate the modle is feasible and effective.
