恶性肿瘤放疗过程血象变化的观察

摘　　要：目的：为了解恶性肿瘤患者放疗过程血象变化情况；方法：对我院４１例患者放疗过程血常规进行观察、统计；结果：放疗后白细胞低于４×１０９／Ｌ占２９．３％（１２例），其中１０例外照射剂量不足４０ＧＹ即出现白细胞降低，血小板放疗后有所下降（ｐ＜０．０１），但低于１００×１０９／Ｌ仅占７．３％，血红蛋白未见明显变化；结论：放疗过程血象主要变化是白细胞降低，但下降程度与照射剂量不一定成比例关系。Objective:In order to know the hemogram changes in malignant tumor patients during radiotherapy.Method:Blood routine examination of 41 cases were tested.Result:The result showed that WBC is no more than 4×10 9/L occupied 29.3%(12cases).10 cases WBC decreased in 40 GY after outer radiotherapy however,PLT is no more than 100×10 9/L only occupied 7.3%.Theres no significant changes in hemoglobin.Conclusion:WBC reduced is the main changes of hemogram,while,theres relation between dosal of radiotherapy and degree of increased.Some of the patients are sensitive to the radiotherapy.
