急性白血病骨髓完全缓解和非缓解状态下的肿瘤坏死因子水平

摘　　要：为探讨肿瘤坏死因子α（ＴＮＦα）在急性白血病骨髓完全缓解和非完全缓解状态下的临床意义，采用放免法测定血清中ＴＮＦα水平。结果显示：急性白血病患者ＴＮＦα为５６３±１９１ｆｍｏｌ／ｍｌ，其中完全缓解者为４１４±１５２ｆｏｍｌ／ｍｌ，非完全缓解者为６１３±１７９ｆｍｏｌ／ｍｌ，均明显高于对照组２３２±０９０ｆｍｏｌ／ｍｌ，完全缓解者与非完全缓解者比较差异有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０００１）。提示ＴＮＦα与急性白血病病情有关。In order to investigate the clinical significance of TNFα in complete remission and non-remission state of bone marrow in acute leukemia, radio-immunity method was used to assess the status of serum TNFα. Results showed that TNFα in patients with acute leukemia was 5 63±1 91 fmol/ml, of which complete remission was 4 14±1 52fmol/ml, non-complete remission was 6 13±1 79fmol/ml, both were higher than the control group, 2 32±0 90fmol/ml. The difference was statistically significant in complete remission group, P <0 001, compared to the non-complete remission group. It indicated that TNFα had correlation with acute leukemia.
