摘 要:为了研究鹿茸提取物与黑木耳多糖复配对四氧嘧啶(ALX)诱导糖尿病小鼠的降糖和降血脂作用,用ALX成功地制造了糖尿病小鼠模型,把鹿茸提取物和黑木耳多糖按一定比例复配后分为低、中、高3个剂量组,对建模成功小鼠,每天一次性灌胃,连续灌胃4周。试验结果与模型对照组相比,各剂量组能极显著地降低ALX糖尿病小鼠血糖、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量,同时可调节糖尿病小鼠的饮食水平。结果表明鹿茸提取物与黑木耳多糖复配能有效地控制糖尿病小鼠的血糖血脂水平,纠正其脂质代谢紊乱。An experiment was conducted to study the synergic effect of extract from deer antler velvet ( EDAV) and Auricularia auricula Polysaccharide ( AAP) on the serum glucose and lipid in diabetic mice induced by alloxan( ALX) . The ALX-induced diabetic mice were randomly divided into three dose groups according to the contents of EDAV( 1. 6,3. 2,4. 8 mg/ g) and AAP ( 0. 25,0. 375,0. 5 mg/g) . The extracted compounds mixed at a 1 ∶ 1 ratio were given intragastrically to the mice once a day for 4 weeks. The levels of serum glucose,total cholesterol( TC) ,triglycerides( TG) ,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C) ,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C) were assayed. Results showed that,compared with the model control group,the extracted compounds could not only reduce the levels of serum glucose and the contents of TC,TG and LDL-C,but also markedly increase the content of HDL-C. Moreover,the diet of ALX-induced diabetic mice was adjusted. The extracted compounds can effectively control the levels of serum glucose and liquid and correct lipid metabolism disorders in ALX-induced diabetic mice.
