巴氯酚口服对脑卒中偏瘫所致肌肉痉挛之缓解作用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨巴氯酚对脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者肢体痉挛状态的缓解作用。方法将均为首次发病的脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者100例按住院的先后顺序,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。其中对照组采用综合康复治疗方法 ,包括抗痉挛体位摆放、被动关节活动、持续牵张运动、手法按摩、肢体空气压力治疗、站立训练、健康教育等。治疗组在上述康复治疗的基础上采用口服巴氯酚治疗。两组均于治疗前和治疗后45d对肌张力进行评分。采用改良巴氏指数(MBI)评定日常生活活动能力(ADL)。结果经过治疗,两组患者肌张力较治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.05),生活自理能力较治疗前有明显提高(P<0.01),且治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论巴氯酚联合康复疗法对脑卒中所致偏瘫肌痉挛有显著的改善作用。[Objective] Discusses the Pakistan chlorphenol to the apoplexyconvulsion hemiparalysis patient body convulsion state treatment result.[Methods] For the apoplexy convulsion hemiparalysis patient 100 examples which will arise for the first time according to is hospitalized successively the sequence,stochastically divides into the treatment group and comparison group each 50 examples.Comparison group uses the synthesis to be restored to health the method of treatment,places,the passive joint activity including the anti-convulsion body posture,continues to pull open transports Moves,the technique massage,the body air pressure treatment,stand the training,the health education and so on.The treatment group in above is restored to health in the treatment foundation to use takes orally the Pakistan chlorphenol treatment.Two groups 45d carry on after the treatment and the treatment to the myo-tensity grade.Uses improves the Pakistan index（MBI）to evaluate the daily life energy（ADL）.[Results] Before after the treatment,two groups of patients myo-tensities comparatively treat have bright Reveals reduces（P0.05）before,the life takes care of oneself the ability comparatively to treat has the distinct enhancement（P0.01）,also the treatment group curative effect obviously surpasses the comparison group（P0.05）.[Conclusions] The Pakistan chlorphenol jointly is restored to health the therapy to be the result of the hemiparalysis to the apoplexy Spasm to have the remarkable improvement function,simultaneously may enhance the patient to live takes care of oneself the ability.
