摘 要:酶的固定化是最具发展前景的前沿生物技术之一.固定化酶在生物、医药、农业、食品、化工、能源开发、环境保护等方面得到了广泛应用.简述了酶(过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、溶菌酶、漆酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶、蛋白酶)固定化特性及制备技术(吸附法、交联法、包埋法、共价结合法等)和常见固定化酶在漂染废水处理、纤维改性、产业用及功能纺织品开发等方面的的应用状况,并展望了固定化酶的应用前景.Enzyme immobilization was considered as one of the most promising advanced biotechnologies. Immobilized enzyme has been widely used in biology, medicine, agriculture, food, chemical industry, energy development, and environment protection and so on. In this paper, the immobilization characteristics of enzymes (hydrogen peroxidase, peroxidase, lysozyme, laccase, lipase, cellulase and protease) and the preparation technologies (adsorption method, crosslinking, embedding method and covalent union method) were introduced. The applications of immobilized enzymes in bleaching and dyeing wastewater treatment, fiber modification and development of functional textiles were also reviewed. And the application foreground of immobilized enzyme was prospected.
