摘　　要：系统分析了石油工程监督人力资源管理信息系统的需求,对系统进行了概要设计和详细设计,并根据系统设计方案进行了系统实施,在中国石油内部网络实现了石油工程监督人力资源的信息化管理。The systematic analysis is carried out about the demands for the human resource management system of petroleum engi-neering supervision.And then the outline design and detailed design are conducted for the system respectively.According to the de-sign scheme of this system,the whole system is put into practice,and thus realizing the information management for the human re-source of petroleum engineering supervision in the internal network of CNPC.
