摘　　要：读者满意度是衡量图书馆文献采访与编目工作质量与效率的核心指标之一.应用灰预测模型,能够有效预测、前瞻了解读者满意度变化趋势,可以及时把握读者信息需求动态,充分做好文献采编前馈控制,合理制订文献采编策略.The reader satisfaction is a core indicator to measure the quality and efficiency on document acquisition and cataloguing.Effective predict,forward-looking to understand the trend of reader satisfaction with the changes,you can grasp timely the dynamic information needs of readers,do a good job to feed forward control and construct a reasonable strategy to document acquisition and cataloguing.Grey Prediction Modle can effectively predict the trend of reader satisfaction.Through Quantify the index system and track changes process of reader satisfaction,access to a data extremely dissatisfied of four consecutive periods,and construct models to predict the trend of the readers satisfaction,then construct a scientific strategy on document acquisition and cataloguing.
