摘 要:为实现复杂航天器虚拟样机模型中机械连接及信号连接下异构模型的描述与集成,提出按模型间连接方式分类描述复杂航天器模型的方法,建立了航天器动力学特性及星上系统特性模型的描述规范。设计了相应的模型集成方法,支持模型的分类描述,提高了仿真精度。通过动力学方程组集实现机械连接约束的动力学模型集成,并通过量化状态积分完成信号连接联系的各连续系统模型离散。通过仿真调度引擎协同量化状态离散后的连续系统模型及离散系统模型,避免了仿真过程中由数据交互引入的误差,保持了仿真模型的模块化结构。根据所提的模型描述方法和模型集成方法开发了复杂航天器虚拟样机建模仿真平台,对模型集成方法的有效性进行了仿真验证。To realize the description and integration of heterogeneous models under mechanical and signal interconnections in complex spacecraft virtual prototype model,a categorized model description method was proposed according to interconnection types.Model description specification concerning spacecraft dynamics and onboard system characteristics were established.Corresponding model integration methods were designed to support categorized model description and to obtain higher simulation accuracy.Dynamic models constrained by mechanical interconnections were integrated by dynamic equation formulation while discretization of continuous models connected by signal interconnections was realized with quantized state integration.A simulation coordination engine was devised to coordinate the runtime behavior of quantized state continuous model and discrete models,which avoided the error induced by data transfer during simulation and guaranteed the modular structure of simulation models.Modeling and simulation platform for complex spacecraft virtual prototype was constructed with the model description method and model integration algorithms proposed.Effectiveness of simulation algorithm was validated through simulation.
