人β-防御素2在幽门螺杆菌阳性胃黏膜中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨人β-防御素2(HBD-2)在幽门螺杆菌阳性胃黏膜组织中的表达情况及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测34例幽门螺杆菌阳性胃黏膜组织和18例幽门螺杆菌阴性胃黏膜组织中HBD-2蛋白的表达水平,并分析其与幽门螺杆菌感染与否及感染程度的相关性。结果幽门螺杆菌阳性组胃黏膜组织HBD-2蛋白表达水平显著高于幽门螺杆菌阴性组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=23.406,P=0.000)。同时,轻度、中度、重度幽门螺杆菌感染的胃黏膜组织HBD-2蛋白表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=5.825,P=0.443)。结论幽门螺杆菌感染可诱导胃黏膜组织中HBD-2的表达,但不同幽门螺杆菌感染程度的胃黏膜组织的HBD-2表达水平并无明显差异,其中的内在机制值得进一步研究。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of human beta-defensin-2 （HBD-2） in helicobacter pylori positive gastric mueosa. Methods Fifty-two patients with gastritis were enrolled in this study, including helicobacter pylori positive gastric mucosa group （34 cases） and negative group （18 cases）. The expressions of HBD-2 in the two groups were detected by immunohistochemical method and the relations to helicobacter pylori infection were analyzed. Results The level of HBD-2 expression in the positive group was markedly higher than the negative one （χ2=23.406,P=0.000）. Meanwhile, the expressions showed no significant differences in mild to severe helicobacter pylori infection （χ2=5.825,P=0.443）. Conclusions Helicobacter pylori infection may induce the expression of HBD-2. However, expression differences are not remarkable significant in different infection degrees.
