摘 要:不同于传统的串联结构砂轮修整器结构,提出了一种基于并联结构的三自由度砂轮修整器并对其特性进行了分析。首先,提出了此新型砂轮修整器的结构模型,对其运动功能与工作原理进行了说明;其次,对其运动学特性进行了分析,采用微分法建立了机构的误差模型;然后,确定了此砂轮修整器的具体结构尺寸,在此基础上进行了机构设计,并采用蒙特卡洛法对其工作空间进行了分析;最后,通过Matlab软件进行仿真对砂轮修整器的运动功能与运动精度进行了验证。结果表明,该新型砂轮修整器能满足砂轮修整运动功能要求和运动精度要求。Different from the traditional grinding wheel dresser of series structure,a three DOF grinding wheel dresser based on parallel mechanism was designed and its characteristics were analyzed.At first,this new structure model of grinding wheel dresser was proposed,its motion function and working principle were described.Secondly,the kinematics characteristics of grinding wheel dresser were analyzed,and its error model was established by differentiation.Then,its structure size was determined and its mechanism was designed specifically,and the workspace of grinding wheel dresser was drawn by Monte Carlo Method.Finally,through the simulation experiment implemented by Matlab software,the motion function and motion precision of the grinding wheel dresser were verified.The results demonstrate that its motion precision meets the requirement of dressing the grinding wheel.
