两种窝沟封闭剂预防乳磨牙龋的临床效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]评估Beautifil flow流动聚合体作为窝沟封闭剂对预防乳磨牙窝沟龋的临床疗效和应用价值。[方法]选择150例3～4岁患儿的300颗下颌第二乳磨牙,用Beautifil flow流动聚合体行窝沟封闭,采用Estiseal F窝沟封闭剂作自身对照。[结果]随访3年,实验组有较高的封闭剂涂膜保留率,且实验组患龋率明显低于对照组,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]Beautifil flow流动聚合体是一种可靠的窝沟封闭剂,对预防乳磨牙窝沟龋是有效的,值得临床推广应用。[Objective]The present study was undertaken to investigate the clinical effect of Beautifil flowable as a pit and fissure sealant that was applied in the prevention of deciduous molar tooth caries.[Methods]300 the second up and down deciduous molars in 150 patients aged from 3-4 years were treated with Beautifil flowable as pit and fissure sealant.The opposite deciduous teeth were treated with Estiseal Flight as the controls.[Results]The patients were followed up for 3 years.The remain rate（%）of Beautifil flowable sealant after 3 years was higher than that of Estiseal F（P﹤0.05）.The incidence rate（%）of caries in LCBF treated teeth was lower than that of the controls（P﹤0.05）.[Conclusion]Beautifil flowable is a reliable pit and fissure sealant,it is an effective method to prevent deciduous molar tooth caries and worthy of clinical exploration.
