摘 要:[目的]探讨多媒体课件在消化系统疾病诊断学教学中的应用情况。[方法]将某校2008级的临床医学专业学生124例随机分为两组,对照组62例采用传统的板书模式教学,观察组62例采用多媒体课件教学,比较分析教学效果。[结果]观察组诊断学中消化系统内容得分优良率为72.9%,明显高于对照组的56.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组的诊断学平均分明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05),各学科总平均分略高于对照组(P﹥0.05)。[结论]多媒体课件在消化系统疾病诊断学教学中的应用效果良好,有利于学生对知识的掌握,值得关注。[Objective]To study the situation of application of multi-media in the teaching of digestive system disease diagnostics.[Methods]124 students of clinical medical majors of grade 2008 in our school were randomly divided into two groups,62 cases in the control group were taught with blackboard-writing,and the observation group were taught with multi-media,then the effects of the two groups were compared.[Results]The rate of excellence of digestive system content score of observation group was 72.9%,and it was higher than that of control group(56.5%),there was a statistical significance(P﹤0.05),diagnostics score of the observation group was higher than that of control group(P﹤0.05),the average score was slightly higher than that of control group(P﹥0.05).[Conclusion]The effect of multi-media in the teaching of digestive system disease diagnostics is good,it is useful for the mastery of knowledge,and should be paid attention to.
