FHIT蛋白和ki-67蛋白在外阴癌、外阴上皮内瘤变中的表达

摘　　要：[目的]探讨FHIT和ki-67蛋白在外阴癌、外阴上皮内瘤变及正常外阴组织中的表达情况,了解FHIT和ki-67基因与外阴癌和外阴上皮内瘤变的关系。[方法]采用免疫组化(SP)法检测49例外阴鳞癌,39例外阴上皮内瘤变及20例正常外阴组织中的FHIT,ki-67的表达。[结果]FHIT,ki-67在外阴鳞癌组和外阴上皮内瘤变组中的阳性率明显高于正常组(P=0.000);FHIT,ki-67在外阴鳞癌组和外阴尖锐湿疣组中阳性率差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.0167)。外阴鳞癌中FHIT和ki-67蛋白的异常表达与外阴鳞癌的组分化及有无淋巴结转移无关系(P﹥0.05)。FHIT蛋白与ki-67蛋白的表达没有相关性(P﹥0.05)。[结论]①FHIT和ki-67基因异常表达均与外阴鳞癌和外阴上皮内瘤变的发生发展有关。②FHIT蛋白异常表达可能可作为判断VIN预后的指标。[Objective]To explore the expressions of Fragile Histidine Triad（FHIT）and ki-67 protein in vulvar cancer and Vulvar Intra-epithelial Neoplasia（VIN）.[Methods]Immunohistochemistry was used to detect FHIT and ki-67 expression in 49 cases of vulvar cancer,39 cases of VIN and 20 cases of normal vulvar epithelium.[Resuts]The positive rates of FHIT and ki-67 protein in vulva cancer,VINI-II and VINIII were obviously higher than that in normal tissue（P = 0.000）;there was not any statistic significance during the differences of positive rate between FHIT in VINIII and vulva cancer（P=0.253）;The positive rates of ki-67 in vulva cancer and VIN were obviously higher than that in normal tissue（P = 0.001）;The abnormal expression of FHIT and ki-67 protein in vulva cancer showed that there was no any relationship with the histological differentiaiton and lymph node metastasis of vulvar cancer（P﹥0.05）;No significant correlation was found between FHIT and Ki-67 expresion in vulvar cancer.[Conclusion]FHIT and Ki-67 expression are associated with the development and progression of vulvar cancer and VIN.The abnormal expression of FHIT gene may be connected with the poor prognosis of precancerous vulvar lesion.
