立止血联合法莫替丁治疗新生儿消化道出血的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨立止血联合法莫替丁治疗新生儿消化道出血的临床疗效。[方法]选择2008年5月～2010年5月在某院收治的消化道出血患儿96例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各48例。采用立止血联合法莫替丁,对照组给予止血敏。观察两组新生儿消化道出血止血时间、临床疗效和不良反应。[结果]观察组止血时间为(1.5±0.2)d,明显低于对照组的(3.2±0.7)d,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);观察组总有效率为93.7%(45/48),明显高于对照组的75.0%(36/48),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.40,P﹤0.05);观察组未见不良反应。[结论]立止血联合法莫替丁治疗新生儿消化道出血,疗效确切、止血迅速、简单方便,且无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。[Objective]To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined famotidine and reptilase treatment for gastrointestinal bleeding.[Methods]96 children with gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from May 2008-May 2010 were randomly and medially divided into study group and control group.Reptilase combined with famotidine was carried out in the study group.And the control group were given dicynone.Observed bleeding time,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.[Results]The bleeding time of the observation group was（1.5 ± 0.2）d,significantly lower than the control group（3.2 ± 0.7）d,the difference was significant（P﹤0.05）;the total effective rate was 93.7%（45/48）in observation group,was significantly higher than 75.0%（36/48）in control group,the difference was significant（χ2 = 6.40,P﹤0.05）;no adverse reactions were found in observation group.[Conclusion]Reptilase combined with famotidine treatment for neonatal gastrointestinal bleeding is effective,rapid to hemostasis,easy,and without adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical application.
