试论德国职教师资的培养过程

摘　　要：德国职教师资培养法律法规非常健全,确保了高标准培养目标的实现。德国依靠大学严格教学,确保职教师资具有扎实的基础理论与处理复杂问题的能力。德国职教师资实践能力培训属于继续教育范畴,一般要求与生产同步,主要由企业完成。德国职教教师取得资格必须经过两次严格的考试。The laws and regulations of vocational teacher training in Germany is very perfect,and ensured a high standard of training goals.Relying on the strict teaching,Germany University ensure the vocational teachers to have the ability of solid theoretical basis and dealing with complex problems.The practical ability of German vocationalteachers training is belong to the areas of continuing education,it＇s generally requires the training to synchronize the production, mainly completed by the enterprises.The qualification obtain of Germany vocational teachers must pass two rigorous exams.
