IC反应器处理土豆淀粉废水的启动实验研究

摘　　要：本实验主要研究常温条件下IC反应器处理土豆淀粉废水的启动过程.结果表明I,C反应器对高浓度土豆淀粉废水具有很高的处理能力,运行40 d左右时,进水COD=(5 000～7 000)mg/L,其去除率即可达到70%以上;启动阶段HRT=6 h时,絮状污泥可被有效洗出,污泥颗粒化效果明显;运行50 d时,有黑色、灰白色颗粒污泥形成,粒径约为(0.5～3)mm,其中细菌主要为G-杆菌,也有部分球菌和丝状菌存在.The test main research the Start-up Test of the internal circulation（IC） reactor for potato starch wastewater treatment under room temperature.The results show that IC reactor has high processing power to treat with high concentration of potato starch wastewater,After 40 days running around,When the influent COD=（5 000～7 000） mg/L,the removal rate of COD is 70 % or more;During the start-up phase HRT=6 h,the floc sludge can be effectively washed out,the sludge granulation effect is obvious;When running 50 days,black,gray granular sludge,particle size of about（0.5～3） mm,which mainly G-bacteria,as well as some bacteria and filamentous bacteria exist.
