摘　　要：终身教育是一种全新的教育观念,完善的终身教育体系是建设学习型社会的基石。构建中国模式下的终身教育体系不仅是党和政府的战略布局,也是当前和今后一个时期内全社会的工作重点。本文认为,建设和完善中国模式下的终身教育体系,最关键的因素是全社会、全民的参与和支持。As a new educational philosophy,life-long education system is the foundation of building a learning society.Life-long education system is the strategic arrangement of both the Party and the Government,and the focus of the whole society at present and in the future.The author thus holds that the key factor in constructing and perfecting Chinese life-long education system is the participation and support from the whole society.
